Three grape varieties are used for Terre di tufi: Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. They are planted on tufa soils typical of the region of San Gimignano. Some of the wine ferments in steel vats and another in barrels giving a harmonious balance of fresh and matured fruit character. At the end of fermentation, the wine matures for several months in barrels (1/3 of new wood). Aromatic complexity and quality winemaking determine the uniqueness of this Italian wine.
Delas Domaines des Grandes Chemins, Crozes Hermitage ORGANIC
A very fine Syrah from this esteemed appelation in the Northern Rhone. Ripe black fruits, biltong, black olive tapenade and pepper on a weighty bouquet. Sensuous palate, with silken tannins and great length, unfolding with further black fruit and black pepper notes. Close to Hermitage quality and a relative steal for that alone. Would comfortably age for 10-15 years but drinking superbly now.
The Eyrie Vineyards
Eyrie Vineyards Pinot Blanc, Oregon. ORGANIC
From the family who first planted grapes in this now legendary Oregon wine region! This is an epic wine, aromatically intriguing, with wild ‘summer-meadow’ pollens that give both scent and flavour. Crunchy tree fruits, clean straw and even a whiff of bread dough combine in a lingering finish. Wonderful. *Organic*
Kilikanoon Oracle Shiraz, Clare Valley 2012
An opulent nose displays elevated notes of ripe plums, dark chocolate, exotic spices and charred-oak influences. A fine and focused palate emerges, where flavours of fresh berries, cherry plums and dark chocolate feature predominantly, beautifully enhanced by classy use of French oak barrels. With time in the glass, a thick stream of licorice, blackberry, cloves and sappy, cedar-oak develops, and an unexpected treat appears in the form of truffle and leather notes. At all points this wine feels fresh, fine, and distinctive. A wine easily consumed whilst young but with clear rewards to those you choose to cellar for longer.

Massal Selection Pinot noir cuttings from the Côte de Nuits planted in marl/limestone/clay soils, this is just the 2nd vintage of this “GG,” and it’s a beauty; wonderfully polished, rich and sophisticated wine; serious dark energy and density and a lovely spice-box charachter. Though not well-known outside of Germany (yet) the Dautel family are amongst the most highly regarded winemakers in the region. Organic practice, though not certified, this is a living, beathing, deliciously aromatic and enjoyable Pinot noir. Somehow evokes the sesnes like being around a campfire in autumn. Go enjoy!
Pablo y Walter Malbec, Mendoza
Unoaked and fruit-forward, this is all about celebrating the juicy freshness of the wonderful Malbec grape. Bluberries, damsons, cherries and violets abound in this easy-going, lovely wine. With supple tannins, medium body and good natural acidity that keeps the palate fresh and moresih. A perfect midweek wine that will compliment many food pairings.
Sepp Moser Gruner Veltliner Breiter Rain
Impressive Gruner Veltliner from the low yielding Breiter Rain vineyard. An inviting and voluptuous nose with spicy fruit and hints of honeysuckle. Textural and weighty on the palate - slightly honeyed with smoky notes, stone fruit, fresh balancing acidity and a long, dry finish. This is a serious wine with an ageing potential of 8+ years.
Cervaro della Sala, Umbria
A blend of Chardonnay grapes and a small quantity of Grechetto make a wine that can age over time and represent the elegance and complexity of this unique estate. Cervaro della Sala was one of the first Italian white wines to have malolactic fermentation and aging take place in oak barriques. A masterful wine, from THE Italian winemakers, Antinori.

Marques de Murrieta
Marques de Murrieta Rioja Reserva 2015
Bodegas Marqués de Murrieta is a classic winery in Rioja that has more than 160 years experience in the world of viniculture. This wine is a coupage of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano varieties grown in Finca Ygay that can be found between 320 meters to 485 metres above sea level. Thanks to the location of the estate, close to Sierra de Cantabria, the temperatures are very mild and the mountain is a barrier for the cold winds from the north. Marqués de Murrieta Reserva rests for 16 months in American oak barrels and 24 months in the bottle before release. The resultant wine is a mix of classicism and modernity, with rich sweet oak notes balancing bright blackberry and plum fruits and baking spices. Just delicious.
Adobe Reserva Gewurztraminer ORGANIC
A dry Gewurztraminer from Chile's Rapel Valley. Dry yet rounded, with lychee and green pear notes over jasmine and ginger aromas. Mandarin orange and ripe grapefruit on the palate make for good complexity and depth. A great partner to Asian cuisine such as Crispy Aromatic Duck or Thai Green Curry.
Prunus Branco, Dao.
Most of the wine from this region of Portugal is red, but this lively blend shows that the whites are up to the mark as well. It has complex aromatic aromas of fresh herbs, peach and honeydew melon lead onto a juicy and layered palate. Well balanced with good fruit intensity - quite a bit of wine for the money here. An ideal aperitif, also good with seafood and pasta.
The one and only. Needs no introduction - this is just the epitome of Provene rosé. A wine to impress, and be impressed by.

From pristine vineyards in Marlborough, New Zealand. Louis Roederer Brut Premier NV
Bollinger Grande Annee Vintage 2007
Chapeau Melon Rouge, Loire
A summery blend of Gamay and Pinot noir, comparable to a great Beaujolais Villages, but without any of the ‘bubblegum’ notes those wines sometimes suggest. Fresh like the seaside, unctuous and juicy, with elegance and depth by the bucket-and-spade full.
Chapeau Melon Blanc
Sumptuous and refreshing and absolutely en-pointe for the coming months (cue; sunshine). Made from traditional Muscadet grape Melon de Bougogne, showing that trademark touch of salinity we know and love, enlivened with a touch of Sauvignon blanc for added ‘lift’ and aromatic quality.

Savia Viva Classico Blanco, Penedes. ORGANIC
Sea air, lemon groves, fresh nectarines and green pear... You could be strolling through a market in Barcelona! That’s what this wine conjures up to us; the freshness of the seaside with the warmth of Mediterranean fruits. And at 11.5% you kinda can!
Lismore Reserve Chardonnay Greyton
Californian Samanatha O'Keefe is really blazing a trail in the mountains above False Bay. Aged in some new as well as some old oak barrells, this wine is a poised and balanced as a ballerina, and equally supple, agile and lithe. I refuse to make the old comparisons to wines of the old world, because this could well be better. Yes, and guaranteed special corks guarantee zero corked bottles, mean that careful cellaring for up to 25 years will result in incomprable results. I would rather you drink this, but investors will also be rewarded.
Louis Latour Grand Ardeche Chardonnay
We try and avoid the mainstream brands but hats off to this one. Fantastic value for money. Louis Latour have transferred their Burgundian skills further south to the warmer Ardeche and created a really stunning wine. Aged in new oak. Just try it!

A layered & thought-provoking blend inspired by the whites of the Rhone Valley, but executed in Australia's Barossa valley.
