Turkey Flat Barossa White
A layered & thought-provoking blend inspired by the whites of the Rhone Valley. The underlying rich medley of fresh & roasted stone fruit is topped with a toasty note of spice-laced crumb. Balanced with a restrained zesty hit of ginger on the lingering finish.
Southern Right Sauv Blanc
2017 is a wine that favours origin expressive individuality, minerality and palate complexity ahead of pure, pungent varietal aroma. A significant percentage of fruit from clay-rich soil has added an intense mid-palate structural component and addition overall complexity to this wine

Paringa Estate Peninsula Chardonnay
The bouquet is floral and fruit driven with citrus and stone fruit aromas. The palate has rich stone fruit flavours, good texture and a persistent long finish. While this wine has been made for current drinking it will build further complexity over the next 3 to 6 years.
Ontanon Rioja ORGANIC
Produced from 57ha of low-yielding organic vineyards, Ontañón make 300 barrels dedicated to organic wines. Harmonious and elegant, this is everything modern Rioja should be. Deep and concertrated but with a refershing lightness on the palate. A touch smokey, leading to a long moresih finish.
Nuovo Quadro Gavi di Gavi
A fine, single estate Gavi di Gavi from a 5 hectare plot on the La Battistina estate - textured and complex whilst retaining bright acidity.

Los Haroldos Roble Chardonnay
Wow I love this wine. The fruit palette is very ripe rich and tropical. Think Papaya, Banana and Peach. Toasty oaky flavours of vanilla and honey evolve and wrap the wine in an oaky embrace. Bargain Burgundy.

Mainly Malbec but slended with a little Cabernet and even less Petit Verdot. Dark purple, rich berry fruits with nuances of mokka and chocolate. Great with roast beef, or bbq ribs.

Hamilton Russell Chardonnay
A tight, minerally wine with classic Hamilton Russell Vineyards length and complexity. An elegant, yet textured and intense wine with a strong personality of both place and vintage.
Hamilton Russell Vineyards
Hamilton Russell Pinot Noir
Our low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, cool maritime mesoclimate, naturally tiny yields of well under 35 hl/ha give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. The wine is not overtly fruity but it is soft and “sweet” and it generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume.
Demeter Zoltan Tokaj Eszter
Golden colour, gloriously scented, and sumptuously fruited. Luscious pineapple and barley sugar sweetness, butterscotch, brown sugar and marmalade. Juicy and unctuous, balanced by bright lemon-curd acidity. Very long.

Chateau Vignol Rouge
Our entry level Claret. Good nose of red and black fruit. This is a fruit led wine, with dry palate, good body from the merlot and freshness and tannin from the Cabernet Sauvignon. Cutomer favourite.
Chateau Beau Site
Classic left bank Claret from Saint Estephe, one of the lesser known appellations in the Medoc. Chateau Beau-Site Haut Vignoble is set on oe of the highest point of the appellation giving the vines enhanced drainage and exceptional ripeness. The blend slightly favours Cabernet Sauvignon and after more than 12 months in barrel the peppery and leathery notes sitting among the soft tannins and black fruit flavours make this a really rewarding and rounded mature wine.2010 was a great vintage.
Boutinot Schisteux Seguret Red
Bollinger Special Cuvee
Special Cuvée is the result of the delicate blending between harvest grapes and a majority of Reserve Wines in magnums, including some aged for more than 15 years in Bollinger’s cellars. In 1911, Bollinger’s British agent gave the idea for the name Special Cuvée - “special” written the English way, without an accent. He thought the French expression “Brut sans année” was no match for such a subtle champagne… More than a hundred years later, the name of Bollinger’s key figure champagne still symbolizes both its expertise and its history. A golden colour with a beautifully fine mousse. The nose is aromatic and complex with ripe fruit and spicy aromas. Roasted apples, apple compote and peaches burst on the palate. Brioche and notes of fresh walnut linger on the lasting finish. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity.
Complex and elegant aromas of blackberries, plums and cherries combine with subtle hints of vanilla and toasty notes. Beautifully textured with a mouth-filling palate of ripe berried fruits against a mineral backdrop and a long lasting finish.
Ayala Brut Majeur
Ayala Brut Majeur is elegant, pristine, energetic and dry without being arid. It’s made with a 40 percent Chardonnay base and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. A beautiful Champagne. House pour in The Woodspeen and Gordon Ramsey.
Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and blueberries. The palate is bright and well-defined with layers of black cherry, plum and dark spice, over ripe tannins.
Moderate garnet with a mauve edge. Medium intensity plum fruit with subtle cinnamon spice lift defines the nose. The concentration of the primary fruit aromatics builds giving dimension. There is a background nuance of licorice and lavender florals, which elegantly fold into a gentle gamey bouquet. Generous and succulent with a supple tannin texture, the palate has a silky flow with juicy acidity giving impressive length and persistence. Brightness and approachability are the driving force of this wine, however a hint of complexity we have come to expect from this vineyard adds a layer of real and intriguing character to the fruit depth.
Akitu A1 Pinot Noir
Moderately intense ruby colour with a garnet hue. Spiced cherry primary fruit and dusty dried herb aromas build gently on the nose. The subtle aromatics in time give way to dark plum fruit characters with a background of brown spices and leafy complexity. Considerable depth and dimension is revealed that belies the intensity of bouquet. Brooding aromatics driven by a precise fruit focus. The dark juicy plum drives a generous entry to the palate and that spiced cherry adds great focus and length of flavour. Cinnamon and subtle anise characters are woven into the tactile structure of the wine. The tannin backbone compliments juicy acidity giving a velvety yet lively texture and a mouth-watering finish. Tension with restraint.
AIX now available in 75 cl! Magnums and larger formats are also available. Fragrant and well balanced, salmon pink in colour the nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful and offers classy notes of watermelon, strawberries and flowers.
