Romani Levi's Grappa Moscato is produced in a single batch, using an open-flame alembic and matured in 225 litre barriques made from a variety of woods. The palate is light and sweet, with fruity notes of orange, peach and red apple throughout. The Levi family has a history of distilling in the region which dates back generations, this recipe sticks to that perfected by Romano Levi. A collectors piece.
