A rich and waxy Vermentino from the Marema region of Tuscany. Deep, ripe citrus, guava, kiwi and subtle notes of mustard spice make for a tasty and complex wine. Blended with a little Sauvignon blanc for added complexity and lift. Great concentration of flavours and a long finish. A perfect partner to vegetarian cuisine; try with goats cheese and asparagus salad or griddled vegetables and halloumi.
