100% Turbiana (aka Verdicchio) grown on the southern shores of Lake Garda in an organic vineyard. Some extended skin contact gives some wonderful texture to what is otherwise a delicate wine. Like Soave on steroids! Stainless steel fermented with 6 months on lees bringing some savoury notes. A real winner with seafood. Fans of Muscadet or Soave will find a lot to like here.
