Kaiyo The Ramu Mizunara

Aged in ex-rum casks made from the Mizunara Oak that grows in northern Japan. The twisted growth-habit makes for particularly difficult cooperage, but imparts a wonderful flavour and allows for a long, slow, micro-oxygenation through 8+ years of ageing.

Quite exquisite, a sipping whisky for the connoisseur.
