A sparkling, pale yellow colour with green highlights, promising great freshness. The nose is dominated by ripe lemon and Granny Smith apple, followed by exotic touches of fresh pineapple and a hint of almond that adds a touch of elegance. The palate is lively and incisive, revealing remarkable tension: the crystalline acidity carries a fresh aroma blending crisp lemon, tart banana and fresh exotic fruits. The subtly salty finish prolongs the tasting experience with brilliance and precision.
