Intense citrus peel and a hint of forest floor flavours are supported by toasted bread and brioche. Aged in bottle for 24 months.
Francesc Ricart cava's are produced by the traditional method in the most representative area of the D.O. Cava: Penedés, Alt Penedés and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The collection reflects outstanding grapes, the art of blending, patience to allow the wine to mature at its own pace.
Suggested food and wine pairing: Tapas, nuts, cheese and olives being the most obvious ones. And, of course, with jamón.
