A classic mainly Chardonnay-based blend, with the addition of some Pinot Noir showing a balance and finesse typical of Ferghettina wines. Made in the Champagne method, and very Champagne in style, each vineyard is vinified separately until the spring after harvest, when, following scrupulous tastings, the wine is blended into a cuvée and bottled for the prise de mousse. The result is an elegant and decisive sparkling wine, the perfect introduction to the estate's style.
Attractive citrus notes in the nose which soon give way to scents of white peach and crusty bread. Crisp, decisive and long on the palate with traces of hazelnut and white flowers. A fine and persistent finish.
