Gayda Sphere Viognier

Our ‘Gayda-Sphère’ range captures the heart and soul of the diverse terroirs present throughout the Languedoc. From land and sea to hill and valley, the Gayda-Sphère wines embrace both tradition and innovation to show the true essence of the grape varietal.

A pale yellow colour with silver highlights, marked by finesse and luminosity. The expressive and charming nose opens on fresh apricot, complemented by delicate notes of Corsican clementine that bring a sun-kissed freshness. On the palate, the soft and rounded attack unfolds into flavours of orange, before revealing a gentle grapefruit bitterness on the close. The  finale is elegant and persistent, lingering on subtle liquorice root notes, that extend the tasting with freshness. A delicate and well-balanced Viognier.
