A layered & thought-provoking blend inspired by the whites of the Rhone Valley, but executed in Australia's Barossa valley. The underlying rich medley of fresh & roasted stone fruit is topped with a toasty note of spice-laced crumb. Balanced with a restrained zesty hit of ginger on the lingering finish.
Nuovo Quadro Gavi di Gavi
A fine, single estate Gavi di Gavi from a 5 hectare plot on the La Battistina estate - textured and complex whilst retaining bright acidity. Pear and quince are balanced by notes of blanched almond and bay leaf. A very enjoyable wine of excellent quality.

Auntsfield Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2015, Marlborough NZ
From the oldest vines planted in the now world-famous Marlborough region, this gives the best Burgundy a run for it's money. Unusually for the region, the vines are planted on hillside sites, rich in clay, which gives a a greater depth and complexity than the wines found on the valley floor. This really is superb; electric-bright, with apple and galia melon freshness and a buttered toast finish that just goes on and on. Fermented and aged in 100% new french oak, which is perfectly integrated, and will allow this wine to age gracefully for many years to come.
Ktima Gerovassilou Viognier, Greece

Mandolin Chardonnay, Monterrey, California
Sourced from vineyards in Monterey County, California, where high winds, dry days, and bay fogs create a cool, but very long, growing season. These growing conditions are ideal for cool-climate grapes such as Chardonnay, and lead to full, forward fruit flavors and ideal acidity. Grapes were harvested at an ideal balance of sugar and acid, and the wine was aged in 1-2 year-old French oak barrels. This wine underwent full malolactic fermentation, yet retains its bright acidity. With its maritime influence, California’s Monterey region has an extended growing season that yields wines with full flavor development and great acid balance. Mandolin Chardonnay has aromas of brioche, lime, nectarine and light cedar. The mouthfeel is creamy and bright, with notes of lemon zest on the finish.
Saumur Vielles Vignes Blanc, Langlois Chateau
Domaine Langlois-Chateau is a fantastic producer from Saumur in the Loire Valley who specialise in creating wine from two unique grape varieties – Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. Now owned by the Champagne house, Bollinger, it’s no surprise their wines exude elegance and class. Their vieilles vignes is the perfect definition of a Chenin Blanc made with vines over 35 years old. The nose is full of butter mixed with apple and oaky aromas and a hint of minerality. Round and creamy on the palate it is well balanced with a mouthwatering acidity that retains the freshness. Complex and satisfying with lots of spiced baked apple and nutty flavours. Long on the finish; an all-round lovely wine.
Chateau Lestrille Capmartin Bordeaux Blanc
Smooth, ripe wine, bursting with succulent white peach flavours and lemon-peel freshness. Concentrated and dense, almost tropical in it's notes of papaya and apricot flavours, all generously wrapped up in spicy wood and finishing with a long rich, toasty note. A modern, classy and elegant white Bordeaux. Much like the winemaker herself.
Nals Margreid Pinot Bianco Berg
Nals Margreid is a favourite producer in Alto Adige, also known as Sudtirol in the Germanic language that is spoken in this part of the country. Nals Margreid has some of the region's best vineyards for Pinot Bianco, a variety also known as Weissburgunder, planted between the two villages of Nals and Margreid in the beautiful Dolomites rock formations of the pre-Alps. The wine tastes like a cool mountain stream: fragrant, delicate and with crystalline purity and gentle minerality, with an added layer of creaminess that we find all good Pinot Biancos.
