Grenache and Cinsault blend from the sunny Pays D'Oc. Fruit-forward and rounded, with surprisingly good texture and concentration for a rose at this price point. We worked hard to find it! Strawberry and spice, with a lengthy finish. A great aperitif, but equally good for sunny lunches.

A classic Provencal rose, beautifully pale pink in colour with a delicate nose of wild strawberry, Morello cherry and a definite hint of sea air. An abundance of fresh red fruit on the palate, with balanced acidity and a crisp finish. Our all-time bestseller.

GRENACHE NOIR 70%, CINSAULT 30% The grapes are sourced from vineyards cultivated near to Lake Thau, set in a formerly volcanic region just inland from the sea. This has a particular micro-climate – as the proximity of the water has a moderating affect on the typically Mediterranean temperatures, allowing optimal ripening whilst retaining fresh acidity. The grapes are harvested in the early morning, then the wine is vinified as a classic rosé de presse, with soft pressing and cold fermentation.
