Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Cabernet Franc, showing very ripe red fruit with some firm structure. Already drinking beautifully (and will for some time yet); and as ever a very superior Bordeaux Rouge - winner of a Gilbert & Gaillard gold medal 2018. We sold pallets and pallets of the 2015 vintage, but arguably the 2016 is even better: The cooler nights of 2016 brought a little more finesse to the reds - a trait that we much admire in Bordeaux. Drink now till 2023.

Developed and delicious, this epic Rioja is all class. Tobacco and soft leather weave with dried plum, fig, and soft blackcurrant. Super fine tannins and a long, refined finish.
