This sparkling rosé release from Winding Wood Vineyards is made from the base wine of the lovely 2023 vintage and then blended with the sweetest red wine from the 2021 vintage, lending a gorgeous blush colour and sumptuous red-fruit profile. Aromatic and almost floral with rose petal and wild strawberry notes on the nose, followed up by an elegantly balanced, finely structured palate.
