Truly a wine from the very ends of the earth! Verum Chardonnay is a fresh and pure Chardonnay from a family producer in the Valle de Rio Negro, Patagonia, on the southernmost tip of Argentina. A small portion of the cuveé goes through barrel fermenting gives a lovely fresh, creamy texture with citrus and orchard fruits and a hint of spice. Very cool-Burgundian in style, and huge value. In this privileged setting Verum (Bodega Del Río Elorza) was born, a realisation of a combined dream between two families.
