Christoph and Johannes Thorle work exclusively with small sustainable sites that adhere to organic and biodynamic practices. They also ensure that the fruit used in the wines is of the best quality. The Feinherb is an off-dry style of riesling fermented in stainless steel using wild yeasts. The wine is then further aged in steel before bottling with a small amount of dissolved CO2 lending a light spritz. The result is an exceptional expression of German riesling with spritzy notes of lime zest, steel, apricot, nectar and apple blossoms.
