Teruzzi Terre di Tufi Toscana Bianco 2016
Three grape varieties are used for Terre di tufi: Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. They are planted on tufa soils typical of the region of San Gimignano. Some of the wine ferments in steel vats and another in barrels giving a harmonious balance of fresh and matured fruit character. At the end of fermentation, the wine matures for several months in barrels (1/3 of new wood). Aromatic complexity and quality winemaking determine the uniqueness of this Italian wine.
