It was naturally fermented (no added yeast), and then subsequently aged, in concrete vats.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe had the opportunity to bottle our own interpretation of this grape, and we selected this wine because we think it displays a pure sense of variety and place. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine shows cherry and bramble fruits, some green herbs, and a fresh and juicy texture.
