Composed of typical Provençal varieties of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. The Grenache brings notes of white peach along with red berry fruit. Cinsault offers delicate spice and a herbaceous twist. Rolle offers delicate floral aromatics of orange blossom and mandarin.
Rosé is such a fantastic food wine, making it a wonderful accompaniment to a wide range of summer dishes. The crisp acidity will be wonderful with some fresh seafood. Or perhaps even niçoise salad or try with a feta and spinach tartlet. Enjoy chilled and quaff liberally.
