Pouilly Fuisse Tete de Cuvee

As one of the largest landowners in Pouilly Fuissé, Château Fuissé normally has more than enough wine to satisfy its global markets, but a series of short vintages and the 70% reduction that 2021 has meant this wine is allocation only. This is the Domaine’s signature wine, comprising 40 different plots from 25 different sites; 60% barrel aged in 2021, with 20% new wood. Very pale with a green glint with a lovely white flower nose, white fruit, spice and a hint of white pepper, musky and perfumed. Delicious on the palate with soft white fruits, some spice and a distant grilled note, super-fresh with a zip of acidity behind. Lovely. Drink 2022 - 2025
