Aromas of citrus fruit intermingled with figs and white peaches and hints of oak. Medium-bodied on the palate with a mineral acidity and a long, fresh finish. When a Chardonnay of this quality balances fruit, zest and viscosity, they pair with everything from roasted to rich. Try with a panko-crusted cod filet, garlic and citrus chicken or veal in a lemon cream sauce.
