Intense nose of lemon juice, lime, grapefruit and white flowers, with a typical touch of kerosene letting you know it's Riesling. Dry on the palate, but full fruited and lingering, with smoke-tinted minreality and just the tiniest spritz giving further energy. Known to be 'masculine' than Mosel offerings, Rheingau Riesling makes a lovely food partner for more difficult dishes. Try with Thai curry, smoked mackrel, paté or teriyaki salmon. Or just as an aperitif!
