A lovely floral wine with hints of vanilla on the nose. Dry, crisp and fresh with ripe fruit flavours which balance out the acidity perfectly. A complimentary blend of Garganega (more famously of Soave) and Pinot Bianco, which are cultivated in alluvial territories close to river Piave. The Garganega is fermented in barriques, with 4 months ageing on the lees, bringing richness, body and texture. The Pinot Bianco is fermented in stainless steel, bringing a bright, mineral quality to the finished wine. Northern Italy in a glass – try with antipasti, frito misto, or carbonara.
