Speyside Single Malt
Sweet cereal on the nose, with golden syrup, honeyed orchard fruit, and brown sugar. Smoooth and creamy palate; notes of apple crumble and custard balanced by peppery oak.
Glenlossie is mainly used in blending, and is rarely seen as a single malt. This particular bottling was aged first fill bourbon casks and recharred casks. The Blue Boar on the bottle refers to Jame Eadie, who owned the Blue Boar pub in 1891 as part of his brewery and whisky blending business.
