Dupont Calvados Pays D'Age

An Pays d'Age calvados from Dupont, double distilled and aged for at least 2 years in a mixture of both new and refill oak casks. Pleasant and fine on the nose with good complexity, lightly wooded. Fruit aromas of apple and banana. Floral hints of rose and jasmine. Develops in complexity when smelt again after swirling. Sweet attack on the palate, excellently balanced. Fruity hints of ripe apples and hints of toasted wood.
