Del Professore's Bitter embodies the spirit of the italian herbalist tradition. A classic blend of wheat alcohol, herbs and spices, matured in oak barrels. Made with locally grown ingredients this has notes of juniper, rhubarb and cinnamon, plus hints of balsamic and pepper. Superb as an after-dinner drink and known for its stomach settliing qualities. 100% natural.
